About the network

One network, many operators

Al-Fusha helps organisations, centres and space owners fill their unused rooms, desks and offices, and helps people find a place to meet, learn and work.

The idea of Al-Fusha

Al-Fusha is a shared physical space and a local ecosystem. It brings people, organisations and resources into sustained relationships around ideas that matter to the community.

The network extends that idea to spaces that already exist. Many centres and offices have rooms that stand empty for part of the week. Listed on Al-Fusha, they become places where initiatives, organisations and entrepreneurs can meet and work, and their owners earn from space they already have.

Every listing shows who runs it

Each centre page names its actual operator. Al-Fusha centres are community hubs owned by Al-Fusha, or run by Al-Fusha on behalf of a partner. Network partner spaces belong to organisations, offices and independent providers who keep their own name, ownership and management.

Partners run their own listings

Partners keep their profiles, photos, spaces, prices, opening hours and closures up to date themselves, and they confirm or decline their own bookings. Al-Fusha brings the people looking for space and keeps the network trustworthy: new partners are reviewed before their centres appear.

No payment on the platform

Customers send requests and receive the centre’s confirmation here. Payment is arranged directly with the centre, usually on arrival. The platform records only what the centre reports.
